1 - General Registration Steps (Applicable to Regular & Late):

• Delegates must complete the Regular Bird Delegate Registration Form (linked above), indicating their information and committee choices. 

• In order for the registration to process, delegates need to proceed to School-Cash-Online and must pay the fulfilled amount listed on the form. Delegates must have both consent forms signed by a legal guardian to attend MHSMUN 2025.

• Following up to two weeks after payment, once our team has confirmation of payment & consent forms, delegates will receive an email confirming their spot in MHSMUN 2025, alongside their committee assignment. 

2 - School Delegation Policy:

• For delegations, you must fill out the Delegation Registration Form to confirm your the size and members of your delegation. This form should only be completed once, by the Head Delegate or Staff Supervisor of your school. 

• Delegates who are a part of a delegation must still fill out the Delegate Registration Form to be formally registered.

3 - Media Consent Policy:

• All delegates are required to sign the YRDSB Consent Form in order to attend the conference. Please note that photographs will be taken within committee sessions throughout the conference (these will be released on the website following the conference).
